Ahh, Summer in South Georgia! Hot, sticky days filled with gnats, mosquitoes and humidity! We must love where we live! But seriously, many really good things come with summer in the South as well. No school, vacations, library activities, swimming and fishing, canoeing and kayaking, vacation Bible school. Just to name a few. Things even slow down a bit at the Chamber of Commerce. Although there aren’t as many events scheduled during the summer months, there are still some pretty good things going on. Read on to find out what they are!
